Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has while granting 3-day physical remand in respect of 19 accused arrested in the matter of D-Chowk protest has issued order for giving them to police custody.The accused were presented in ATC Islamabad led by Justice Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain Monday.Prosecutor Raja Navid took the plea that case is registered against the accused in Secretariat police station. Recoveries have to be made. 11 days physically remand was obtained in respect of the accused collectively. Several disclosures were made during the physical remand. Raids are being conducted to make other arrests on the disclosure of the accused persons.The court was requested to approve 20 days physical remand of the accused.The court handed over the accused to the police on three days physical remand at the request of prosecutor Raja Navid.The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
