Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved 4 days physical remand of PTI lawyer Mustafain Kazmi in the matter of misbehaving Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa.Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC heard the case on Friday.PTI Lawyer Mustafain Kazmi who is involved in misbehaving CJP was presented before court.Emman Mazari, Rizwan and other lawyers appeared on behalf of Mustafain Kazmi.Prosecutor Raja Navid read out FIR before the court.The defence counsel said the accused who are nominated in the FIR are all lawyers.Prosecutor replied no one is above law.Judge Tahir Abbas inquired who will decide it that who is above law.Prosecutor requested the court to grant 9 days physical remand of Mustafain Kazmi.The court while approving 4 days physical remand of Mustafain Kazmi adjourned the hearing till October 8.
