Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved bail of two former Members of Provincial Assembly (MPs) Akhtar Hussain Longo and Shafi Muhammad from BNP (Mengal) in the case of entering into Senate Hall with weapons .The court approved bail against surety bonds worth Rs 20000 each.The bail after arrest plea of BNP (Mengal) leaders in the case of entering into Senate hall with weapons came up for hearing Tuesday in ATC.Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case.The court approved bail after arrest plea of BNP (Mengal) leaders including Akhtar Longo and Shafi Muhammad against surety bonds valuing Rs 20000 each after hearing the arguments.It is pertinent to mention here the ATC Islamabad while rejecting the plea for granting further physical remand of the two BNP (Mengal ) leaders Akhtar Hussain Longo and Shafi Muhammad on November 01 had sent them to jail on judicial remand.
