Sargodha: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Sargodha while announcing decision of attack on Judicial Complex Mianwali case related to May 9 violent incidents has awarded 25 years punishment to Muhammad Ismail besides declaring PTI 50 leaders and workers proclaimed offender.

As per media reports Judge Muhammad Naeem Sheikh of ATC Sargodha announced decision of case No 23/349 that allegations of vandalizing and siege and arson have been proved against the accused during their attack on Judicial complex on May 9.

ATC Mianwali has also ordered DPO MIanwali to arrest all proclaimed offenders including Ahmad Khan Bhachar, Ahmad Chatha and Bilal Ejaz within a month.

It is pertinent to mention here non-bailable arrest warrants of PTI leader Omar Ayub Khan have already been issued in this case and he is still absconding.

The court has directed to continue proceedings against him
