Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has issued written verdict on acceptance of bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases.Judge Arshid Javed of ATC Lahore has issued written order containing 5 pages.It was said in court's decision PTI founder was not nominated in these cases. PTI founder was nominated in these cases in the light of witness statement. Allegations of encouraging only criminal conspiracy are leveled against him.According to record police officials learned about this conspiracy but surprisingly police officials did not inform any of their senior officer about conspiracy.Decision said the petitioner was arrested from Islamabad High Court (IHC) on May 9. The Supreme Court (SC) while taking notice of it announced verdict about the case pertaining to arrest. While PTI founder condemned May 9 incidents before SC.Later the court announced the decision of approving bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases related to May 9 incident.
