ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has challenged Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore decision of granting his physical remand in 12 cases in Lahore High Court (LHC) .Imran Khan has filed 12 petitions in LHC through barrister Suleman Safdar.Imran Khan has taken plea in his petitions that ATC Lahore has not taken correct review of record while granting physical remand. I am imprisoned in jail. Police have already conducted investigation. Law was not kept in view while granting physical remand.The former prime minister requested the court to nullify the physical remand granted by the court in 12 cases.It is pertinent to mention here ATC Lahore on July 15 had given physical remand of Imran Khan in 12 cases of May 9 on the plea of physical remand.
