Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has maintained arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi and others in November 26 protest case.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC rejected exemption pleas of the accused who had not appeared.

The court ordered to maintain arrest warrants of CM KP Sohail Afridi, Junaid Akbar and other accused.

The proceedings for declaring all accused persons proclaimed offenders is also underway.

The court while directing police to present challan against Sohail Afridi and others soon adjourned the hearing till September 30.

The case against CM KP Sohail Afridi and others is registered in police station Margalla.
