Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has ordered for arresting Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan and presenting her before it.Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan in November 26 D-Chowk protest case.Aleema Khan was to be indicted on Tuesday in Police station Sadiq Abad protest case. However she did not appear in the court.The court rejected her exemption from attendance plea.The court while issuing arrest warrants of Aleema Khan ordered to arrest here and present her before it on October 15 (Wednesday).The court remarked "not appearing in the court despite being summoned repeatedly is obstructing court's affairs.The court directed to provide orders regarding non- bailable arrest warrants to investigation officer immediately.Police sources said police team will go to Adiala jail with non bailable arrest warrants. Aleema Khan is reaching Adiala jail in connection with hearing of Toshakhana-2 case. Arrest or compliance of arre st warrants will be got made from Aleema Khan after jail hearing.
