ATC reserves judgment on bail plea of PTI demonstrators held during D-Chowk protest

Islamabad:: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad Thursday reserved judgment on bail plea of PTI protesters who were arrested during D-Chowk protest.

Judge Abual Hasanat of ATC said " tell the name to the extent of Afghan citizens. We keep them aside.

The bail petition came up for hearing before Judge Abual Hasnat of ATC Islamabad Thursday.

The counsels for the accused persons and prosecutor Raja Navid appeared in the court.

Judge Abual Hasnat remarked during the hearing of the case the bail pleas are fixed for hearing. " Do it so that only one lawyer gives arguments.

The defence lawyer said the accused include Pakistan and Afghan citizens.

Judge Abual Hasnat remarked tell the name to the extent of Afghan citizens. We keep them aside.

The defence counsel said all Afghan citizens are living in Pakistan legally. All the documents are attached too. Afghan nationals who are living legally have filed application for seeking asylum. They don't become involved in wrong activities. Afghan nationals have been lifted from their homes in Karachi company and Tarnol. They are 146 .

The judge inquired from the counsel "have recoveries been shown against them.

The defence counsel said suspicious recoveries have been shown against them. No video or private witness is therein.
