ATC seeks report from supdt Adiala jail with reference to attendance of Imran Khan

Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has sought report from superintendent Adiala jail with reference to attendance of PTI founder.The court while issuing arrest warrants of PTI absenting accused persons including Ali Nawaz, Aamir Mughal and others in six different cases registered against PTI workers has sought compliance report from police.The court adjourned till December 2 hearing of cases registered in police station Sangjani and Ramna . Hearing of cases registered in Golra police station and Bahara Kahu police station was adjourned till December 9.Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad took up the cases for hearing on Monday.The court sought report from superintendent Adiala jail with reference to attendance of PTI founder.Arrest warrants of accused Ali Nawaz Awan, Aamir Mughal and other absenting accused were issued in the case registered in police station Sangjani.The court sought compliance report of arrest warrants of absconding accused including Hammad Azhar, Murad Sa eed, Farrukh Habib, Wasiq Qayyum and others in cases registered in police station Ramna.Hearing of the cases registered in police stations CTD, Sangjani and Ramna was adjourned till December 2.Hearing of the cases registered in police station Golra and Bahra Kahu was adjourned till December 9.Attendance of Aamir Mehmood Kiyani and other present accused was marked.One each case is registered against the accused in police stations CTD , Golra, Sangjani and Bahara Kahu and 2 in police station Ramna.All the cases are registered on the allegations of riots, protest and under terrorism clauses.
