Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has summoned head of JIT of May 9 cases.Interim bail pleas in May 9 cases came up for hearing before ATC Lahore for hearing Saturday.Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry, Azam Swati and others appeared in the court.Judge Arshid Javed of ATC remarked during the hearing of the case We will conduct hearing of interim bail pleas of all the accused collectively. If JIT has been constituted in these cases then as to why its head does not appear.Fawad Chaudhry told the court there is no allegation related to May 9 against him. I have no relevance with alleged May 7 conspiracy meeting.I had tweeted in May that if court's decisions are not implemented then it is not better for the country.The court while summoning JIT head in connection with May 9 cases adjourned the hearing of the case.Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry while talking to media men outside court said no one should even think of imposing governor rule in KP. If governor rule is imposed then the matter will get out of hand.He held the entire parliament is fake. Prime Minister is sitting with 18 seats. All have to go.
