Lahore: The Azerbaijan Trade House was officially inaugurated in Lahore to strengthen the bilateral trade ties. The ceremony, held at Faletti's Hotel, was followed by a special visit from Chairperson Punjab Women Protection Authority, Hina Parvez Butt, who formally inaugurated the facility alongside Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Pakistan, His Excellency Khazar Farhadov, and President of Azerbaijan Trade House, Adeel S. Butt.

Speaking on the occasion, Hina Parvez Butt hailed the initiative as a transformative step in Pakistan-Azerbaijan trade relations. She emphasized that the establishment of the Trade House would serve as a catalyst for economic cooperation, fostering new trade opportunities and strengthening commercial partnerships between the two nations.

As a token of goodwill, Ambassador Khazar Farhadov presented Hina Parvez Butt with a special book, symbolizing the rich historical and cultural ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

Following the inauguration, a high-level bilateral meeting was held between Hina Parvez Butt and Ambassador Khazar Farhadov, where discussions centered on enhancing trade cooperation, investment opportunities, and industrial collaboration. The meeting also explored potential Azerbaijani investments in Punjab and the facilitation of business-friendly trade policies.

Reaffirming the Punjab government's commitment to fostering international trade, Hina Parvez Butt highlighted the province's investor-friendly policies and the pivotal role the Azerbaijan Trade House will play in unlocking new avenues for economic growth.

The event concluded with a mutual commitment to strengthening Pakistan- Azerbaijan relations further, with both sides agreeing to enhance future collaboration and trade partnerships.
