Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has sought all record today (Wednesday) during the hearing of bail after arrest plea of PTI MPA Ali Shah.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra has remarked we all are passing through critical situation. At present all departments are in the hands of some other powers.

He said to prosecutor It is still incomprehensible to me what is responsibility of prosecution. Presenting the challan in the courts is your job. Prosecutor of Islamabad is very stubborn as he thinks he is equal to judges. If I can issue notice to plice then can I not put you on notice.

He gave these remarks during the hearing of the case Tuesday.

At the inception of hearing judge Tahir Abbas Sipra inquired they have not to present the record. Has it to be happened so.

Prosecutor told the court I.O has not returned from Mandi Baha ud Din. Court should take action against him.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra inquired from prosecutor he has not understood it so far what is responsibility of prosecutor. Presenting challan in court is your job.

Prosecutor told the court it is not his responsibility unless challan comes to him.

Judge Tahir Abbas said if IO does not come to court today then the responsibility rests with whom. Prosecutor of Islamabad is very intransigent. He thinks he is equal to judges. If I can put police on notice then can I not put you on notice.

Prosecutor told that e court has enormous powers and despite it police is not presenting record.

Judge Tahir Abbas remarked we all are passing through a critical situation. All departments are in the hands of some other powers at present. We see till morning the record will come. You are paid salary only to ensure justice in the society.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till today (Wednesday).
