Islamabad: Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad has accepted request of counsel seeking time for preparations of arguments on the bail plea of PTI leader Aliya Hamza in the case registered against her under PECA act.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 23.The bail plea of PTI leader Aliya Hamza in connection with controversial tweet case under PECA act came up for hearing Thursday.Aliya Hamza appeared before sessions judge.The counsel for Aliya Hamza said time is needed for preparations. Time be given for giving final arguments. Fix the hearing in next week. We will give arguments on the bail plea.Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka adjourned the hearing till October 23 besides seeking arguments on bail plea.
