Quetta: Balochistan government has accepted the land gifted by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and his brother Qazi Azmat.According to sources environmental centre for public welfare will be built on the gifted land wherein several activities for students and tourists will be carried out.Exhibition hall, tourist centre and seminar hall will also be set up in environmental centre.The gifted 31680 square feet land lies adjacent to the Quaid-i-Azam's Residency at Ziarat.A letter signed by CJP Isa along with his brother Qazi Azmat Isa, dated August 2, 2024, informed the chief secretary of Balochistan that their ancestral land, which lies adjacent to the Quaid-i-Azam's Residency at Zia¬rat, has been donated for the benefit of the people to use as an environmental centre and licensed to the government of Balochistan free of cost.The letter also enclosed relevant documents, which set out the terms of licence.
