Islamabad: Ban on meeting with Imran Khan and other prisoners in Adiala jail has been lifted.Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up petition against restrictions on meeting with Imran Khan in jail and for provision of facilities to PTI founder in jail.Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has issued written order for wrapping up petition filed by Noreen Niazi.According to written order Jail authorities assured to provide all facilities as per court's orders and jail rules. A detailed report was filed in the court with the signatures of superintendent Adiala jail.Ban on meeting with PTI founder and others prisoners in jail has been lifted. Home department Punjab had imposed ban on meetings in jail for fear of terrorists attacks.According to jail authorities meeting of petitioner Noreen Niazi has been arranged with Imran Khan in jail.Jail authorities said PTI founder has appointed his coordinator in the light of court's order. Therefore who aspire to meet Imran Khan can contact coordinator appoin ted by Imran Khan.According to deputy superintendent jail all the facilities are available to PTI founder in jail as per jail rules.The jail authorities assured that all the facilities will be provided to Imran Khan as per court's orders and jail rules. The counsels for petitioner are satisfied over statement of deputy superintendent jail and DIG Jails . Therefore, petition is wrapped up due to satisfaction of counsels.
