Islamabad: PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has met with opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Mehmood Khan Achakzai and opposition leader in Senate Allama Raja Nasir Abbas in opposition chamber of NA.

As per media report , PTI secretary general Suleman Akram Raja, secretary general Tehreek-e-Tahaffaz-Ayeen Pakistan (TTAP) Asad Qaisar and vice chairman TTAP Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar were also present in the meeting.

PTI Chief Whip in NA, Aamir Dogar, MNA Adil Bazai and spokesperson TTAP Akhundzada Hussain also attended the meeting.

Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was accompanied by Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Sherry Rehman, Navid Qamar and Nadim Afzal Chan.

Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and opposition leaders in parliament exchanged views on parliamentary affairs and national politics.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari requested the opposition leaders to join parliamentary committees and play active role.

Opposition leaders said they will make decision after consultation with PTI chairman.

PPP and opposition leaders agreed on enhancing contacts with reference to legislation in parliament.

Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said to opposition leaders in parliament to play their role in connection with electoral reforms to ensure transparency in elections.
