Rawalpindi: Bushra Bibi did not appear in Accountability Court (AC) in Adiala jail Rawalpindi Wednesday during hearing of 190 million pounds reference.Bushra Bibi filed exemption plea for one day on medical grounds in the court.NAB prosecution team raised objection over exemption plea for one day.Prosecutor said Bushra Bibi has not appointed her pleader. The exemption plea by Bushra Bibi is tantamount to delay the reference. The replies to questionnaire of 342 were not given by the accused persons.NAB prosecutor said the application given by the accused for summoning 16 witnesses is not being debated.The court while accepting Bushra Bibi plea for exemption from attendance adjourned hearing of the case till November 22.Judge Nasir Javed of AC took up the case for hearing.PTI founder was presented in court room.
