Islamabad: Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with her bail after arrest plea in Toshakhana-2 case.Bushra Bibi has filed bail after arrest plea in IHC through Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry.The petition said the petitioner is house wife and she wears veil . The allegations are false and these were got leveled by blackmailing the witnesses. FIA has violated law while case and investigation are based on ill intent.The petition said the prosecution has raised the case for keeping the petitioner in jail . Case was challenged already in high court before its registration. Running a case repeatedly through different angles is violation of constitution. Therefore, IHC is requested to accept bail after arrest plea.It is pertinent to mention here Special judge Central Islamabad had rejected bail plea of Bushra Bibi on September 30.
