Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has raised objection on the petition seeking order for not arresting Bushra Bibi in new case without permission of court.Bushra Bibi filed petition in the court seeking details of cases registered against her.Bushra Bibi prayed that she be not arrested in any new case without the permission of IHC.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the petition with objection today (Tuesday).The objection has been raised on the petition that how can the relief be sought for preventing arrest in any case.Interior secretary, IG Islamabad and others have been made respondents in the petition.
