Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on maintainability of petition filed by Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder seeking better facilities in jail.'

Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the petition along with registrar high court objections.

Advocate Zahir Abbas and Muhammad Usman appeared in the court on behalf of Bushra Bibi.

The court inquired decision has not been attached with the application given to superintendent Adiala jail.

Counsel for Bushra Bibi said Jail authorities don't receive application. We have sent the application to jail authorities through courier. We have attached courier receipt of application given on April 2 with it.

The court reserved judgment on the maintainability of petition.
