Islamabad: The case related to construction of Nai Gaj dam has been fixed for hearing in Federal Constitutional Court (FCC). A two members bench led by Chief Justice FCC will hear the case on May 07. The court has issued notices to the Sindh and Balochistan governments. Notices were also issued to Attorney General (AG), ;Planning Commission, Wapda and others respective respondents. The court has sought progress report from the respective authorities regarding construction of Nai Gaj dam.
