Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) while giving 3 weeks time to IG Punjab has adjourned hearing of the case related to construction of police station in place of mosque.

Justice Farooq Haider took up the case for hearing Tuesday.

IG Punjab Dr Usman appeared in the court on court's orders.

DIG Admn Imran Kishwar too appeared in the court.

Justice Farooq Haider maintained it would have been better if CCPO Lahore and chief secretary had been in the court. Place for mosque has to be left in the police station. Petition has come where we offered prayer , police station has been built therein. There are security issues in the police station. Is it possible if some place becomes available and then mosque be constructed thereon.
