Islamabad: Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, met with a delegation led by Saqib Ali, Founder of the Federal Youth Parliament Pakistan.
The delegation, comprising young students, briefed the Chairperson on the range of initiatives being undertaken through their forum, particularly those focused on women's empowerment, social awareness, and community engagement.
Appreciating the efforts of the youth, Senator Rubina Khalid emphasized that national progress requires clear direction and collective efforts. She stated that the youth are a valuable asset of the nation and highlighted the importance of providing them with effective guidance and timely awareness.
The Chairperson also underscored BISP's pivotal role in promoting women's identity and economic empowerment. She encouraged the delegation to actively highlight and communicate the Programme's positive contributions and impact among the general public.
