PESHAWAR:Challan has been filed against 5 accused including Sohail Afridi, Kamran Bangash former provincial minister and Taimur Saleem Jhagra in May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case in Peshawar.

Public prosecutor filed police challan in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in May 9 attack on radio Pakistan case. Sohail Afridi, Kamran Bangash, Taimur Saleem Jhagra and others are nominated in the case.

The court maintained challan has been submitted in the case. Now arrest warrants of the accused persons will be issued in the case.

According to challan the court on the request of Radio Pakistan got done the identity verification of the accused from NADRA and Punjab Forensic. In both the reports the presence of the accused in attack case was verified.

As per police report, the presence of Sohail Afridi on the site of radio Pakistan attack has been verified in the light of forensic report. It has been said in the report the presence of Taimur Salim Jhagra and Kamran Bangash too has been verified at the site of attack on radio Pakistan.
