Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment in the case regarding custody of child.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani while getting the child sit with him on chair remarked during the hearing of the case " it seems to me both mother and father should be sent to psychiatrist. Children or parents should not come in the courts. The decision is easy. But we cannot instill love in any one. 7 years or above seven years old child is handling himself. I have made the child sit with me so that he should himself tell with whom he has to live.

He further remarked we cannot force any one. Where parents don't respect each other, the children don't respect them therein. Courts are not places to take revenge nor the lawyers are tools. Unfortunately the mothers have not brought up men in right way. I am asking from this child side by side. He is having his own view with him. Negative impacts should be ended.

The court has inquired from the parents what they do and what is their duty timing.

Father told that he was director in NESCOM and his duty timing is from 4 to 9.

Mother told she also works therein and she is subordinate to his husband.

The court asked the father to arrange meeting of his wife his family members so that misperceptions don't arise.

The court asked the lawyers all is before you.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked all are those matters which can b resolved by making this child judge. Father and mother have to bring the child to the level where he feels easy.

It seems to me both father and mother should be sent to Psychiatrist.

The court later reserved the judgment.
