Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa has excused from seeking extension in period of service.C JP said this in an informal talk with the journalists after addressing full court reference held here to mark beginning of new judicial year MondayTo a question from a journalist that Rana Sana Ullah is saying if the period of service is extended in respect of judges then you are agreed too on getting extension.The CJP replied Bring Rana Sana Ullah before me. A meeting was held where in law minister Azam Nazir Tarar, justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Attorney General . Rana Sana Ullah was not present there. It was told that period of service in respect of all chief justices is being extended. I said extend it for others, I will not accept it for myself. I donot know if I will remain alive or otherwise tomorrow.To a question about non fixation of matter of 6 judges letter for hearing he said committee has to fix the matter of 6 judges letter for hearing.Justice Musarrat Hil ali was not coming being unwell. Due to this reason bench was not being constituted..Responding to a question about targets of new judicial year he said betterment will be brought in case management system.
