ISLAMABAD:Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time to barrister Gohar to give reply as chairman PTI in the case related to closure of PTI founder Imran Khan X account.

During the hearing of the case Barrister Gohar said PTI does not claim this account.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of IHC took up the petition filed by Ghulam Murtaza for hearing.

Barrister Gohar Ali Khan appeared in the case in person. Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, Shamsa Kiyani counsels for PTI founder , NCCI authorities and others appeared in the court.

During the hearing of the case Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir while addressing barrister Gohar said you were not called in person. You should have sent written reply.

Barrister Gohar said PTI does not claim this account.

Chairman PTI requested the situation has changed and some time be given. We will file the reply.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir Khan directed we give you time. File in writing what you have to say.

Upon it Barrister Gohar requested to give some more time. We will file detailed reply.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 23.,
