Islamabad: Terming the government constitutional package annihilation of Supreme Court (SC) and High Court (HC) PTI leaders have said lawyers will never accept such constitutional amendments which are aimed at undermining the system.The present government is of form 47 government and it should not even think of constitutional amendments as they have no right to bring general amendments, this was said by PTI senior leaders Hamid Khan advocate and Suleman Akram Raja while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) here TuesdayHamid Khan said I had made a request to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) that he is biased and this impression is there since several months. Decisions come against PTI and which come in favor of PTI they are not implemented.We consider practice and procedure amendment ordinance illegal. Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qasi Faez Isa removed a senior judge under this ordinance. Qazi Faez Isa said on the application it will be heard later.The lawyers have been asked not to fi le such petitions otherwise their license will be suspended. The lawyers term all these things unconstitutional.A larger lawyers convention has taken place in Lahore.They want to make another court above SC which is against the spirit of the constitution.We lawyers will launch the movement within the parameters of law and constitution.Mansoor Ali Shah wrote letter correctly. Inducting junior judge by removing senior judge is sheer illegal act.Today election commission has said we will appoint retired judges after amendment in law. If they appoint retired judges then I expect no justice.
