Contempt of court case for not arranging meetings with Imran Khan removed from cause list of IHC

Islamabad: Contempt of court case filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for not arranging meetings with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala jail has been deleted from cause list.

The contempt of court case for not arranging meetings with PTI founder and Pattern in Chief Imran Khan was fixed erroneously. Due to this reason IHC has removed it from cause list.

As per IHC website the case was fixed erroneously and registrar office had issued cause list for hearing the case on Wednesday.

It is pertinent to mention here Niaz Ullah Niazi, focal person of pattern in chief PTI Imran Khan has filed contempt of court plea.

A larger bench headed by acting chief justice IHC Sarfraz Dogar was to hear the case. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and justice Muhammad Asif are part of the bench.
