Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed interior ministry to file details report within a week on the contempt of court petition filed by traders of Islamabad against PTI protest.Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq while expressing resentment over government and administration has remarked " I will ask from PTI too why the court's orders were violated. Administration was to maintain law and order but it closed entire Islamabad. I had become victim of my own order. I will ask from them what was the fault of the citizens in fight with government.He gave these remarks during hearing of Traders contempt of court plea against PTI November 24 , protest Wednesday.CJ IHC Aamer Farooq while expressing annoyance on government and administration remarked you were to restore peace but you closed the entire Islamabad. The petitioner said let our business run but you said every where in media we are not giving permission under order of IHC.He further remarked the court had said to you to take care of basic rights of business community and all protesters. I will ask from PTI as to why the court's orders were violated. If PTI did wrong then government too did wrong. What was the fault of petitioner. Why their business was shut.DSP legal Sajid Cheema, state counsel Malik Abdul Rehman and others appeared in the court.State counsel Malik Abdul Rehman said some reports have come and some have yet to come.The CJ IHC while expressing annoyance over state counsel remarked " have you appeared in the court for the first time. You were to give this expert opinion therein. You closed Islamabad this way that even I including other judges could not come. I had become victim of my own order.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
