Islamabad: Case seeking contempt proceedings over a complaint and alleged vilification of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Islamabad High Court (IHC on social media has been fixed for hearing on September 26.IHC bench comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq, Justice Miangul Hassan and justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will hear the case.The court has already issued notice to lawyer Waqas Malik, journalist Mati Ullah Jan and journalsit Talat Hussain.The court has already appointed senior journalist Hamid Mir and president PFUJ as amici curiae. Senior lawyer Ahmad Bilal Sufi and lawyer Syed Ahmad Hassan Shah have also been appointed amici curiae.
