Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has dismissed petition of Hadi Ali Chatha for removing state counsel.

The court gave time to Imaan Mazari to engage counsel till Wednesday.

The controversial tweet case against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha came up for hearing before district and sessions judge Afzal Majoka.

Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha appeared in the court.

Imaan Mazari requested the court to give more time to engage lawyer.

The court gave time to Imaan Mazari to engage lawyer till Wednesday.

Judge Afzal Majoka said if the counsel did not file power of attorney till Wednesday then state counsel will be appointed.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 12.
