Islamabad: The miscellaneous petitions of Emman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha seeking fixation of suspension of sentence case for hearing has been fixed for hearing in Islamabad High Court (IHC) tomorrow.

Registrar office IHC has issued cause list for fixing the petitions.

Justice Muhammad Azam Khan had heard the miscellaneous petition of Emman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha on Tuesday.

Supreme Court had directed IHC to decide the petitions regarding suspension of sentence within two weeks.

Court had ordered to file the attested order of Supreme Court through miscellaneous petition.

Counsels of Emman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had filed copy of decision through miscellaneous petition.

The case has been fixed for hearing again tomorrow after the filing of copy of decision of SC.
