Rawalpindi: A high-level meeting of Pakistan's military leadership, chaired by Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir, reviewed the country's internal and external security environment at the 274th Corps Commanders' Conference held at GHQ.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, the forum paid tribute to martyrs of the armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and civilians, reaffirming their sacrifices as central to national security.

The military leadership expressed satisfaction over operational preparedness and ongoing intelligence-based counter-terrorism efforts, vowing to eliminate all terrorist proxies and their facilitators without exception. The forum reiterated continuation of Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq until the complete dismantling of terrorist safe havens.

The conference also underscored Pakistan's commitment to peace in the Middle East, supporting diplomatic solutions and condemning attacks on Saudi Arabia's petrochemical infrastructure as a destabilizing escalation.

The forum rejected what it termed disinformation and false allegations by India, while raising concern over human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In concluding remarks, the Army Chief directed commanders to maintain the highest level of operational readiness to safeguard Pakistan's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
