Islamabad: During the hearing of the petition regarding recovery of missing worker of PTI Faizan, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court (IHC) " has remarked country be not run this way.He remarked , show his arrest. We will say nothing. But the country be not run this way. Change the constitution. Remove fundamental rights from it.He further observed my one fellow judge issued tough order in a case then propaganda machinery of incumbent government started propaganda against him.Additional Attorney General (AAG) Muhammad Iqbal Dogal appeared in the court.At the inception of hearing Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired " Faizan is who.The counsel for the petitioner said Faizan relates to media cell of PTI.The court while moving to AAG remarked by expressing resentment that " change the constitution. Remove basic rights from it. Abolish our power of jurisdiction and run the country this way. I don't know state wants to get what. Show him as arrested. We will say nothing . But country be not run this way.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked ministry of defence, interior ministry, state and all are happy over it. It is incomprehensible to me what is happening. The bench before which this case was it earlier wrote this is case of enforced disappearance. This is tyrannical act. The constitutional courts should do what in this situation. World is seeing Pakistani courts are doing what in these cases. Or we should say this world should come here and do investment. People will go missing and courts will not be able to do any thing.He remarked federal government means Prime Minister and federal government. The responsibility eventually rests with the executive head.The state counsel said the petitioners have not knocked door of the court with clean hands.The court remarked they have not filed petition with clean hands. Should we therefore, reject the petition then. You want should I become submissive judge. They are dirty petitioners and then we reject this peti tion. It is beyond comprehension you are leading us to what direction. AAG should tell what to do. If government says it enforced disappearance case then it should see at whose behest this took place.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired why this matter has been made issue of ego.AAG told the court Punjab police made all out efforts for its investigation. If court directs Attorney General (AG) then he can talk to Prime Minister. Task force be set up. We move on the reports of the ministries to which it is subordinate.The bench before which this case was being heard earlier wrote it is case of enforced disappearance. The government needs to sit with the abductors in this matter.Upon it AAG said we don't know who are abductors.The judge remarked one of our fellow judge issued tough order then government propaganda machines started making propaganda against him. I will issue order in this case.Later the court adjourned the hearing of the case.
