Rawalpindi: Special judge central Shahrukh Arjumand has accepted exemption from attendance plea of Bushra Bibi in new case of acquisition of expensive Bulgari jewelry from Toshakhana.The court has directed Bushra Bibi to ensure her attendance on next hearing.The counsels for the accused gave arguments on acquittal pleas during the hearing of the case in Adiala jail Tuesday.Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi counsel for FIA while opposing acquittal plea of former chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi took the stance acquittal pleas are bid to delay the proceedings of indictment.Counsel for FIA took the plea court has given 3 to 4 dates for indictment but indictment is not being allowed to be framed. Therefore court should indict the accused persons.Barrister Suleman Safdar counsel for the accused requested the court he wanted to file some documents in support of acquittal. Therefore, time be given in this regard.The court while adjourning the hearing of the case till November 8 directed to complete the arguments regardi ng acquittal pleas on next hearing.Later Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder said while talking to media men PTI founder said what happened in assembly a day before was system of tyranny which was made lawful.
