ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has accepted exemption from attendance plea of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in recovery of illegal alcohol and weapons case besides adjourning hearing of the case till July 29.The case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing before additional sessions judge Sohaib Bilal Ranjha Friday.Ali Amin Gandapur and Zahoor ul Hassan advocate appeared in the court.Reply to questionnaire of 342 could not be filed by Ali Amin Gandapur.KP chief minister filed exemption from attendance plea which was accepted.The hearing of the case was adjourned till July 29.
