Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has accepted one day exemption from attendance plea of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in five cases related to May 9.Duty Judge Arshid Javed heard the interim bail pleas Saturday.Exemption plea was filed by Fawad Chaudhry through his counsel Zafar Iqbal during the hearing of the case.The petition said Fawad Chaudhry is unwell, therefore, court is requested to accept his one day exemption plea.The court while approving exemption from attendance plea of Fawad Chaudhry extended his interim bail till October 05.Earlier hearing of contempt of election commission case against PTI founder and Fawad Chaudhry was adjourned till September 19.
