Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has adjourned hearing of GHQ attack case till April 7 without any proceedings.

As per media reportds, Video link system between Adiala jail and the court could not be restored today due to which the proceedings could not move forward.

The court directed to make video link system functional on next hearing.

Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC took up the case for hearing.

Former interior minister Sheikh Rashid and Shireen Mazari too appeared in the court.

The court was told that attendance of PTI founder was marked on jail rubkar. Statements of 44 out of 119 witnesses have so far been recorded in the case.

According to defence counsel the notification regarding trial through video link has been challenged in high court. More progress is expected in it in next hearing.
