RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Faisal Rashid has confirmed interim bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in the case registered against him for interfering in the affairs of government and under other clauses.The court has directed Gandapur to submit fresh surety bonds in the sum of Rs 20000.Ali Amin Gandapur appeared along with his counsel Malik Muhammad Faisal advocate in the court Saturday.The counsels for the respondents offered arguments.The court allowed Ali Amin Gandapur to go after hearing the case.Later the court maintained in written decision any role of the petitioner has not been determined in the case. while FIR was also lodged 36 hours late.It has been said in the case other clauses except clause 188 are bailable. In this case the bail of Sarwar Khan, Javed Kausar, Raja Basharat and Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi has already been confirmed by the court of additional district and sessions judge on March 29.The court while confirming the bail of Ali A min Gandapur ordered to file fresh surety bonds valuing Rs 20000.
