Rawalpindi: Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has postponed the reserved decision on the acquittal plea of Bushra Bibi in Al-Qadir trust reference till the decision of reference.Al-Qadir trust reference is based on 190 million pounds financial scandal against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi.The court maintained the reserved judgment on the acquittal of the petitioner will be announced with the decision of reference.The counsels for the accused continued cross questioning the investigating officer of the reference. However the hearing was adjourned till September 7 due to expiry of court's time.The two accused, their counsels Usman Gill, Chaudhry Zahir Abbas, NAB prosecutor general Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi and Amjid Pervez were present in the court.The counsels of the accused cross examined the statement of investigating officer of AL-Qadir trust reference. However cross questioning of witness could not be completed.The counsels for the accused will continue cross qu estioning the investigating officer.The court while linking the reserved decision of Bushra Bibi acquittal plea to decision of reference adjourned the hearing of the case till September 7.
