Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed to decide on the petition regarding PTI workers convention in Rawalpindi according to merit and law.
Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan of LHC Rawalpindi bench took up for hearing PTI petition seeking permission to hold workers convention in Rawalpindi.
Petition was filed by PTI district secretary general Aqil Khan through Muhammad Faisal Malik advocate.
The petitioner had taken the plea application was given to Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi for No Objection Certificate (NOC) to hold local workers convention on February 23. DC has not given any reply on petition.
It is requested court should order DC to give decision on the petition regarding NOC.
Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan while directing DC Rawalpindi to take action on petition as per law and merit wrapped up the petition.
