Lahore: Court has discharged 17 persons from PTI including senior leader Musarrat Jamshed Cheema arrested during riots in Lahore on October 5.Judicial magistrate discharged 17 persons including Musarrat Jamshed Cheema and Roy Muhammad Ali from case,The court has said in written order police had requested for 10 days physical remand for recovering sticks and investigation. No MLC is attached with the physical remand plea. The investigation officer has failed in getting CCTV footage.It has been said in written order the allegations leveled by police are not apparently correct. The police plea for physical remand is rejected. All the persons arrested in the case are discharged. The arrested persons be released immediately if they are not wanted in any other case.
