Court extends bail before arrest of Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi till Dec 23 , stops police , others from arresting Imran

Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has extended bail before arrest plea of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi till December 23 and stopped police and other institutions from arresting him.

The court directed to present Imran Khan through video link.

Additional District and Sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka took up for hearing 5 cases including May 9 against PTI founder on Tuesday.

The arguments on bail pleas could not take place due to non availability of PTI founder.

The court stopped the police and other institutions from arresting PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in respective cases till December 23.

The court directed PTI founder be presented in the court or through video link.

Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan advocate and Zahid Bashir Dar appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.

The court adjourned hearing of bail pleas till December 23.

It is pertinent to mention May 9, attempt to murder , fake receipts and other cases are registered against Imran Khan. While case has been registered against Bushra Bibi for filing alleged fake receipts.
