Rawalpindi: Court has fixed date for indictment of accused in 11 cases related to May 9 incident.Judge Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) heard 11 cases related to May 9.Former interior minister Sheikh Rashid, former law minister Basharat Ahmad and other accused appeared in the court.Copies of challans were distributed among 45 accused persons who were present in the court during hearing of all 11 cases.On next hearing the accused will be indicted in 11 cases.The court also started proceedings for declaring 19 accused including PTI MNA Zain Qureshi proclaimed offender for remaining absent persistently.Hearing of the case was adjourned till June 21.
