Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has fixed September 21 for initiating trial of controversial tweets case against PTI leader Azam Swati . The controversial tweets case against Azam Swati came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Wednesday. Judge Afzal Majoka of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) court heard the case. Azam Swat appeared in the court along with his counsels. Judge Afzal Majoka remarked during the hearing of the case trial of the case has to be started. Tell us any one date after consultation. Counsel for Azam Swati said fix any date after September 14. Judge Afzal Majoka remarked have you no problem in respect of day that hearing has to be fixed on what day. The way timely decision was made in regard to bail the trial will run this way too. Counsel for Azam Swati said "fix Saturday. I have not to appear some where else on Saturday. judge Afzal Majoka remarked there is no major case to be heard on September 21. therefore, we fix Septembe r 21 for trial of this case. The court adjourned hearing of the case till September 21. It is pertinent to mention here 2 cases under PECA Act are registered against Azam Swati.
