Islamabad: Additional District and Sessions Judge Islamabad has given last opportunity to police in connection with petition seeking registration of case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif, Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz, interior minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
The court while expressing resentment remarked during the hearing of the case if there is work of Lal Masjid then is it not a work. You have obtained dates earlier too. This is last chance for you to file report.
The court gave these remarks on Wednesday.
Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka heard the case.
Reply could not be filed by police to the petition in connection with registration of case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif, CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz, interior minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
Additional district and session gave last chance to police for filing reply on next hearing.
DSP legal said SHO related to this case is engaged in the matter of Lal Masjid therein. Court should give two weeks time. We will file reply.
