Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted protective bail for 40 days to Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur besides ordering for not arresting him in any case registered against him. The protective bail plea of CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing before Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Salah ud Din of PHC Tuesday. The counsel for petitioner said there was meeting of CM KP, therefore, he did not appear. The court inquired if the report of all cases has been received or not. The counsel for NAB said only one inquiry of NAB is running against CM KP. The counsel for petitioner said 66 different cases are registered against KP CM. The court remarked we cannot give so much time what you are demanding. Later the court approved 40 days protective bail for CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur. The court ordered Ali Amin Gandapur be not arrested in any case.
