Islamabad: Special court of Islamabad has issued notice to concerned authorities on the petition filed by daughters of Bushara Bibi in connection with meeting with their mother.The court has sought reply from jail authorities today (Tuesday(.Special judge central Shah Arjumand while hearing the petition has sought reply from Superintendent Adiala jail.The petition has been filed through barrister Suleman Safdar and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry.The petition said no meeting has taken place between Bushra Bibi and her daughters since 3 weeks. Bushra Bibi is imprisoned unjustly and she is being kept deprived of her basic rights. It is right of family to meet prisoner every week.According to the petitioner the government authorities have forbidden to meet Bushra Bibi. This runs contrary to the basic rights.It is therefore, requested to arrange meeting as soon as possible. There are serious reservations in this regard.The court while issuing notice has adjourned hearing till today (Tuesday).
